What is the MOQ and lead time for your planetary gearboxes?
Prototype samples in 1–5 pieces ship within 48 hours. Production MOQ is 100 pieces with a 15–25 day lead time depending on customization.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We machine custom shafts and flanges, wind motors to your voltage and current, and build private-label products with your logo and packaging.
What is the backlash of your planetary gearboxes?
Standard series hold ≤ 7 arcmin. Precision classes reach ≤ 3 arcmin using a hardened helical final stage, suitable for robotics and servo-like positioning.
Which stepper motor should I choose?
It depends on holding torque, speed and frame size. NEMA 17 suits compact drives, NEMA 23 covers most CNC and robotics, and NEMA 34 handles heavy axes. Send your load data and we'll size it.
What payment terms and shipping methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C and PayPal. We ship FOB, CIF, DDP or EXW by sea, air or express depending on your preference.
